Giraffe (cub) 3D model animation
It is the most unique type of animal in the order Artiodactyla, currently only found in Africa. It feeds mainly on leaves and has long necks and legs, making it the tallest living land animal. The evolutionary history can be traced back to the early Miocene deer family, which underwent multiple evolutions and eventually formed the modern giraffe. Long necks and legs not only help them forage, but also have a cooling effect in the hot tropical grasslands. There are 9 subspecies, mainly inhabiting the savannas and arid regions of Africa. Although they are legally protected in certain areas, they still face threats of habitat loss and poaching.
